Post a shift (free during beta) and browse matched candidates automatically ranked by schedule overlap, drive time, and specialization. See anonymous profiles with credentials, experience, and availability.

Found a shift you like? Tap 'Express Interest.' The company won't know unless they're also interested in you. No awkward cold outreach.

For Companies

See a strong candidate? Express interest. If the RBT has also expressed interest in your shift, you've got a mutual match.

For RBTs / BCBAs

When you and a company have both expressed interest, it's a match — and your name and contact info are shared so you can connect. No extra step, no waiting.

For Companies

When interest is mutual, the match fee applies (free during beta) and both identities are revealed automatically — there's no separate confirm step.

Message the company directly to work out schedule, onboarding, and your start date. You're in control the whole way.
